Deranged began as a Driveway Home Haunt in Canton, Michigan in 2015. In 2018, Deranged moved to its current location, on Five Acres of Frightening Fun in Romulus, Michigan. Deranged is continuously working on the attraction, implementing new scares, characters and scenes throughout the year. Deranged is known for providing one of the best values in Haunting, and was voted a Top 5 Attraction by Click on Detroit in 2021 and 2022, “Most Engaging Storyline” in 2024 by Scare Factor.

Deranged Haunt Lore: New mayor - Victor Kalloway
Last May, the Town of Covensfield was introduced to Victor Kalloway, a strong mayor candidate for the 2024 Election. YOU VOTED and Mayor Kalloway Has Won the Election! Former Mayor Conwell out of office and has spiraled out of control, last being seen as a Mall Santa, in his beloved project, Starfall Mall.
The rumors are growing that new Mayor, Victor Kalloway was operating a cult in the Hallow Hills cemetery. The word around Covensfield is that he was attempting to elevate his “ancestral powers”. Conspiracy theorists believe he’s been attempting to resurrect someone from his bloodline in an effort to garner a power over the town and he has opened a portal in the process.
Covensfield News has reported that Victor Kalloway requires a blood sacrifice to finish the ceremony and his target location is set for Camp Zika this Summer!
